"Due to some complications with a different hotel reservation, we quickly pivoted and reserved 5 rooms for 2 nights at the Marriot Madison West. The hotel was fantastic in all aspects. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean and attractive. The breakfast was amazing. We will absolutely use this hotel as our first choice in the future"

"We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The whole hotel is clean and plenty of parking space. Breakfast buffet and concierge room was great and always stocked. Staff member, Bagus, was wonderful and provided exceptional service during our entire stay. My toddler looked forward to seeing him every morning for breakfast. Housekeeper Julie, was great as well and so were the front desk staffs. Overall a wonderful stay. Look forward to staying again!"
"I want to specifically highlight Krista and Keenan at the bar/restaurant. By far they are the MVP’s of this location. The housekeeping lacks and location is mediocre imo but what makes me want to come back is Krista and Keenan. They are very attentive, friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious too.
